Had a mini-reunion last night with some alumnae (classes of 2005 and 2006). D, M and F were part of an independent study course which met at my flat in Chelsea in 2004 - what fun to be sitting at the same table again! Students were a wilder lot in those days, but I don't recall D and M's hollering at the top of their voices then, and at the same time...!
I baked an apple cake - amazingly simple recipe, available on demand.
