Just a quick post (now that night has fallen) to say I joined the National Day of Unplugging, a sort of cyber-sabbath. My Saturdays are pretty unplugged as it is, but it's been remarkably restful to make it deliberate - and know that others are doing the same. At first, I kept twitching with vague desires to check e-mail, listen to news on the radio, look up something online. Within a few hours... peace.

Unplugged
