new typology of America religion. You can try their quick quiz
here, but know that their questions are rooted in the expectation that most people are in, or from, a Christian background. (For all their faults, the
Belief-o-Matic people are more in tune with a more pluralist and diverse America, if still imperfect.)
I'll need to sit with it a bit - perhaps discuss it with some students! - to see what I think of it. Does it shine light in an interesting direction, and in a clarifying, helpful way? For the moment I'm sorting out how I feel about finding myself classed as
stalwart.
