Ten full days in Japan nearly over - in a few hours I fly from steamy Tokyo to chilly Melbourne. This, by the way, is the chirashi sushi I enjoyed with my friend H at a tiny shop - it seats just seven people at a time - in the Tsukiji 築地 market. Freshhhhhh!
