It's taken over a year (in part because we had a long Netflix hiatus) but we've finished watching the BBC's"Wallander." Once you get over the oddity of hearing British actors playing Swedes (and a theme song originally about Fitzroy), Henning Mankell's detective stories play out well, and title character Kurt Wallander, is played by Sir Kennth Branagh in an extraordinary, raw, reckless, vulnerable, tender - and in the final, devastating, episode - heartbreaking way.
