I salvaged a small piece of the Torrey Pines State Beach
sea cliff fall from the encroaching waves. Colorfully striped it seems to include the pale purple stripe just beneath the golden
Torrey Sandstone. Yet it seems determined to finish what it started, crumbling to the touch.
